A look back at the "Daring Together" shareholder’s Meeting
Since May and the launch of the co-creation process for Audencia's 21-25 strategic plan, the teams have been working "hard" to grow their project so that it can support the development of ambitious, engaging and inspiring axis. On July 16 and 20, each team was invited to pitches to defend their ideas (in person or remotely) before a jury of senior management members.
A total of 113 people from all the school's communities were involved. Thus, 38 entrepreneurial projects and then the work of the 5 thematic groups followed one another, on stage if not remotely, to present their interest in the approach. Among all these projects, and after a necessary period of reflection for the members of the jury, 21 of them were selected, bringing together some 80 collaborators. Inspiring, cross-disciplinary and collaborative contributions.
A meeting was therefore scheduled for September 11th to learn about the selected projects, listen to the pitchs of the project leaders, and learn more about the strategic areas selected and the action plan for the coming months. This was an exciting day that brought the first phase of the process to a close. An event that confirms the richness and creativity of the Audencia community, at the heart of which Diversity and Commitment are the keywords.
Phase 2 of the process is already underway! The selected projects are now entering the incubation phase. The idea is to arrive by December at the most advanced ideas possible for rapid deployment as part of the 21-25 Strategic Plan.
