Class Gift 2020: and here are four!

Selected on April 16 by videoconference for reasons of confinement, three student entrepreneurship projects received financial aid thanks to the Class Gift Fund supervised by the Audencia Foundation.

What are the objectives of this initiative? It aims to encourage students to spark their ideas and stimulate their creativity by supporting a wide range of projects.

The Class Gift initiative was set up three years ago by the school's students with the aim of financing student projects and entrepreneurial grants. Each year, the Class Gift fund grows larger. The fourth donation campaign raised nearly 12,000 euros this year. To these were added the proceeds from the sale of 725 bottles of the Cuvée de Promo 2019, graciously donated by Valentin Bros and Florentin Cugnot, co-founders of Mr W (recipient of a grant from the foundation in 2018), as well as the Matching Gift promised by Phillipe Houzé, Chairman of the Management Board of the Galeries Lafayette Group and sponsor of the Class of 2019.

While 7,000 euros will be directed towards entrepreneurship grants, the remaining 5,000 euros have already been allocated by the Audencia Foundation to student projects focused on societal issues or noted for their entrepreneurial ambition.

Of the 34 applications received by a jury of CSR and entrepreneurship professors, 3 emerged victorious from the selection process, which was closed by a video conference presentation session.
