MasterClass: Neuroscience and Change Management: Confirmation or Revolution?

Building on its success in Nantes last month, this Masterclass will take place tonight in our executive center in Paris. hold by Jean-Michel Moutot, this conference aims to make you discover these elements which are both at the cutting edge of scientific progress and extremely operational.

The first methods of change management were born in the late 1980s in the United States and especially at Harvard. Initially rather fed by sociology, they were then enriched, especially in Europe, taking into consideration different models of psychology.

Over the past two decades, neuroscience has emerged with the help of brain medical imaging. This new discipline has been able to challenge a lot of "achievements" in Change Management. By observing the reality of cerebral functioning, these progresses highlight a whole new way on how to drive human change.

Jean-Michel Moutot is a professor at Audencia Nantes and a consultant.

Engineer, Doctor in Management and Professor of Management at Audencia, he holds the ERDF Innovation and Customer Relationship Chair and works with large groups to support their transformations in France and abroad.
